A couple of new trailers have been released for upcoming films.
Kingsman: The Secret Service (previously known as The Secret Service – not sure why the name change was necessary) is another comic book adaptation from director Matthew Vaughn (Kick-Ass, X-Men: First Class). It follows a new recruit in a spy organization out to save the world from a threatening villain. The flick stars Colin Firth, Taron Egerton, Samuel L. Jackson, Mark Strong, Michael Caine, and Mark Hamill. It opens October 24th, 2014, and looks like it could be a lot of fun.
The Equalizer is a remake of the 80’s TV show, although by the looks of this international trailer the title is the only similarity between the original and redo. Let’s hope it’s a decent action film regardless. It opens in North America on September 26th, 2014 and stars Denzel Washington, Chloe Grace Moretz and Melissa Leo.
